Soudal Fill & Insulate Expanding Foam is a high volume expansion gap filling expanding polyurethane foam. The high performance PU foam is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Compact adaptor ensures ease of use and maximum control. The 150ml canister expands up to 4L when applied.

Soudal Fill & Insulate Expanding Foam is ideal for sealing cracks in walls, filling around pipes and general filling of holes and voids. The fast curing foam can be cut, sanded and plastered once fully cured.
APPLICATION
Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Remove the clip on the adapter before use. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. For non-conventional substrates a preliminary adhesion test is recommended.
Hold the can upside down and fill holes and cavities for 1/3, as the foam will expand. Once opened, empty the can within 20 min. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Gun & Foamcleaner or acetone. Prior to using the Gun & Foam Cleaner, test whether surfaces are affected or not. Especially plastics and lacquer or paint layers can be sensitive to this. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU-Remover.
LIMITATIONS
– Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. For not common surfaces we recommend an adhesion test.
