ULTRACARE STAIN PROTECTOR W is designed to reduce the absorption of water, oil, and grease into surfaces, making maintenance and cleaning significantly easier. This product is safe for food contact surfaces and can be applied to floors, coatings, work surfaces, kitchen countertops, and bathrooms. It does not form a film on the surface, preserving the original colour and breathability of the material while also providing excellent UV stability.

UltraCare Stain Protector W is designed for stain-resistant treatment of terracotta, brick, unpolished natural stone, cement tiles, and engineered stone, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
UltraCare Stain Protector W is ready to use; shake it well before application. Depending on environmental conditions, apply the product 12 to 24 hours after washing on a clean, dry, or evenly damp surface using a brush, cloth, or fleece applicator, in one or two coats. Ensure even coverage and remove any excess wet product before it dries (within 5-10 minutes under normal conditions) using a clean cloth. After allowing the surface to dry for approximately 1-2 hours, you can apply an additional coat, repeating the same procedure. More coats may be necessary for highly absorbent materials. Avoid applying to surfaces that are extremely hot (over +35°C) or cold (below +5°C). For cleaning treated surfaces, use neutral detergents, such as UltraCare Multicleaner, diluted as per the instructions in the respective Technical Data Sheet. For particularly absorbent substrates, first apply a base coat of Antipluviol W (a colourless, water-repellent silane and siloxane-based impregnator) on dry and clean surfaces that are not prone to rising damp. You can apply UltraCare Stain Protector W after the base coat has completely dried, which should take at least 24 hours under good weather conditions.
