UltraCare Stain Protector S is designed to minimize the absorption of water, oil, and grease in various surfaces, facilitating easier maintenance and cleaning. This product is suitable for application on floors, coatings, work surfaces, kitchen tops, and bathrooms. It does not form a film on the surface, preserving the original colour and breathability of the material while providing good UV stability. UltraCare Stain Protector S dries quickly, is easy to apply, and is resistant to traffic, maintaining the anti-slip properties of the treated materials. Additionally, surfaces treated with this product can withstand light foot traffic just 2 hours after application under normal conditions (at +23°C and 50% relative humidity).

UltraCare Stain Protector S is a solvent-based, water- and oil-repellent treatment designed to protect against stains on terracotta, brickwork, stone, marble, granite, cementine tiles, and engineered stone in both interior and exterior settings. It is specifically formulated for use on low-absorbency materials.
UltraCare Stain Protector S is ready to use and should be shaken well before application. Apply the product to a clean, completely dry surface in one or two coats using a brush, cloth, or fleece applicator, ensuring even coverage. Any excess wet product should be removed before it dries—typically within 5 to 10 minutes under normal conditions—using a cloth dampened with UltraCare Stain Protector S, followed by drying and wiping the surface with a clean cloth. After approximately 2 to 3 hours of drying, a new coat can be applied, following the same procedure. Avoid applying the product on surfaces that are extremely cold or hot (above 35°C or below 5°C). For cleaning treated surfaces, it is recommended to use neutral detergents, such as UltraCare Multicleaner, diluted according to the instructions in the respective Technical Data Sheet.
