Seal Pro is a premium-quality, neutral-cure hybrid sealant containing a powerful biocide to protect against bacterial and fungal growth, making it ideal for areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. It offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, including aluminium, metal, uPVC, glass, glazed ceramics, lacquered wood, brickwork, concrete, and most plastics (except PP, PE, and PTFE). This sealant is easy to tool and finish, quick curing, UV resistant, and can be overpainted with water-based paints. Seal Pro also functions as a universal adhesive, suitable for both interior and exterior applications, even bonding to damp surfaces.

Seal Pro features a powerful anti-bacterial and mould-resistant formula, specifically designed for high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens. It adheres to a wide range of materials, including aluminium, metal, uPVC, glass, glazed ceramics, lacquered wood, brickwork, concrete, and most plastics (excluding PP, PE, and PTFE). Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it provides long-term weather resistance and UV stability. Additionally, Seal Pro acts as a universal adhesive, bonding to most substrates, even on damp surfaces.
Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and free of grease, oil, or other contaminants that could hinder adhesion. Surfaces can be moist but not overly saturated with water.
Application: Cut the top of the cartridge carefully to avoid damaging the threaded area, then screw on the supplied nozzle and cut it at a 45° angle. Using a standard caulking gun, apply a continuous bead along the aperture and allow it to fully cure. Smooth the joint by tooling with a soapy solution or a sealant applicator tool. Remove any excess material and clean tools with Bond It White Spirit or Multi-Wipes before the adhesive cures. Once cured, adhesive must be removed mechanically. Replace the plastic cap after use.
Limitations:
- Suitable for damp surfaces, but not saturated ones.
- Overpaintable with water-based paints only; test on a small area first.
- Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticizers (e.g., bitumen) or on natural stone without a primer.
- Use on prestressed PMMA or polycarbonate (PC) may cause stress cracking; perform preliminary tests on these substrates.
