Bond It Silicone Lubricating Oil is a clear, non-staining aerosol lubricant that provides a protective barrier against dust, hair, and foreign matter on machinery and moving parts. It is widely used across various industries, including automotive, engineering, food, clothing, and upholstery, and is food-safe, non-emulsifying, and safe for painted surfaces and plastics. The lubricant eases friction, prevents water ingress, eliminates noise, and has an effective high-temperature range. It is ideal for mould releasing, window and door frame installations, and home or workshop tasks, as well as for showerproofing materials like umbrellas and camping gear.

Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the original, unopened cans. Batch reference can be found on the neck of the can.
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from heat, ignition sources, and direct sunlight. Keep containers in a well-ventilated space and follow flammable liquid storage regulations. Protect from frost. No smoking. Maximum storage temperature is +50°C.

SILICONE RELEASE SPRAY is a versatile product used across various industries. In the moulding industry, it enhances productivity by preventing surface bonding without affecting the finish of cured resins. With excellent high-temperature stability, it’s suitable for plastic injection moulding machines, though it should not be applied to hot surfaces due to the flammable propellants. In the textile industry, it provides a clean, non-staining lubricant, benefiting the furniture and bed manufacturing sectors with its cleaning and lubricating properties. In the automotive industry, it prevents door gaskets from sticking and eliminates interior trim squeaks. This product is safe for painted surfaces and plastics and is water-resistant, making it ideal for waterproofing items like protective clothing, tents, golf bags, umbrellas, and camping accessories. SILICONE RELEASE SPRAY is also perfect for lubricating tools, treating squeaky hinges, revitalizing metal zip fasteners, and polishing vehicle dashboards and door panels.
Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or oil.
Application: Shake the can well before use. Attach the straw to the nozzle and spray the product onto the required surfaces in short bursts from a distance of 15-25 cm. Wipe away any excess with a soft cloth and buff if necessary. For mould release applications, remove any material from the mould and spray evenly, paying attention to corners and fine details. Ensure all surfaces are coated, and gently spread the silicone using a soft, non-woven cloth. Best results are achieved with smooth, unpitted mould finishes.
Limitations: Do not use on surfaces that will be painted, as silicone may cause surface irregularities in the paint. When applying to polystyrene, first spray the product onto a cloth and apply by hand to protect the material from the propellant.
