Everbuild Weather Mate is an elastic, multi-use filler that can be used in wet weather and to wet surfaces, even underwater, staying permanently flexible. It is only intended for external use & it can be painted with most paints and wood stains once cured. Adheres to most common surfaces.

APPLICATION
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
All areas must be clean and dust free. Any flaking surface coatings should be removed before application. Glass and aluminium should be cleaned with a solvent before use for best adhesion.
APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS
Cut the top of the tube with a sharp blade, taking care not to damage the thread. Attract the nozzle and cut cleanly at an angle of 45° with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. After that, apply using a standard gun. Always tool down following use with a spatula or piece of wood. The product is tack-free after 10 minutes and should be allowed to cure for 24 hours before painting. After that, clean tools with white spirits.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
For uncured product use Everbuild White Spirit, if cured this should be removed mechanically.
LIMITATIONS
– Can not be used in food preparation areas.
– Do not use in aquarium manufacturer.
– When used over bitumen or Asphalt, some staining may be noticeable on white and transparent grades. However, this will not affect the technical performance of the product.
