Latex Plus is a latex admixture for use with NIVORAPID and PLANIPATCH. When mixed together it provides fast-setting levelling/smoothing compounds, with high flexibility for interior surfaces.
CHARACTERISTICS
Latex Plus is a water dispersion of a highly flexible polymer with low viscosity. Mix with Keraquick S1 or Nivorapid in order to improve their deformability, thus improving their application and performance characteristics.

Bond It Bitumen Paint is a bituminous black paint for the waterproofing and weather protecting of steelwork and concrete. Used for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete roofing, felt, fibre cement, corrugated iron, asphalt and wood, against water. Surfaces to be painted must be completely dry and clear of loose material and any corroded areas primed prior to application.

Soudaflex 36FL is a PREMIUM QUALITY polyurethane flooring sealant which is very easy to apply and remains flexible after curing. It has good adhesion on many materials, excellent resistance to many chemicals and has been developed especially for concrete flooring applications. Cromar AlphaChem Contractor PVA is a multi‐purpose bonding agent, primer sealer, cement filler and plaster admixture that adheres to most common building and D.I.Y. materials except PVC and rubber.
Contractor PVA is ideal for priming unsound surfaces before plastering or painting, as an adhesive on wood, cork, textiles and most applications where at least one surface is porous, for general dust sealing on flaking paintwork/walls etc. and as a cement admixture.
