ROCKWOOL Ablative Coated Batt 60mm is a mineral wool insulation pre-coated on both sides with an ablative layer, designed as part of the ROCKWOOL FirePro® fire-stopping range. It has been thoroughly tested for use in a variety of services and substrates, including solid and flexible walls, floors, multi-service penetrations, and large framed service voids. The batt offers up to 4 hours of fire resistance, along with acoustic performance, air tightness, and heat loss reduction. While not suitable as a load-bearing seal, it is easy to install, cut to size, and requires minimal cuts. R
