Everbuild Everflex 145 Butyl Sealant is a permanently plastic one-part sealant based on PU Technology. That provides a weatherproof seal in a variety of interior and exterior applications. Everbuild Everflex 145 Butyl Rubber Sealant forms a skin in approximately 24hrs but remains plastic underneath.
