Mapei Malech Primer is a micronized acrylic-based primer in water dispersion.
It’s generally used as a primer for wall surfaces, for example, concrete or cement mortar repairs. Before applying a coloured finishing coat of Elastocolor Paint or Elastocolor Rasante, it is advised to use Malech as a regulator of substrate absorption.
Malech can also be used in the Aquaflex System cycle for the permanent encapsulation of asbestos, or as a primer for the covering layers of Aquaflex.
It’s a micronized acrylic resin-based primer in water dispersion that penetrates better than trad
AlphaChem Mortar Plasticiser is designed to enhance the workability and freeze thaw resistance of brick and block laying mortars, reducing the likelihood of cracking and crazing. It may be used to replace or supplement the use of lime.
BENEFITS
- Mortar does not stiffen prematurely on the board but remains plastic.
- Mortar does not segregate or ‘bleed’.
- Mortar is less prone to drying out shrinkage.
- Increased adhesive strength.
- Up to 50% water reduction can be affected.
- Inexpensive to use: allows cement contents to be reduced (depending on present mix design).

ARDEX A 125 is a grey, cement-based finishing render and repair mortar that effectively addresses surface imperfections, voids, and damage. When mixed with water, it forms a slump-free mortar that dries to a durable, water-resistant finish with a smooth and dense surface ideal for painting.
Key Points:
Versatile Application: Suitable for leveling and smoothing irregularities on vertical and overhead surfaces like concrete, brickwork, blockwork, and existing cement/sand renders.
Durable Finish: Produces a hard-wearing surface that can be left exposed or painted, m
ARDEX E 100 is an acrylic-based dispersion designed for enhancing screeding and rendering mortars for both internal and external applications. By incorporating ARDEX E 100, the compressive and tensile strengths, elasticity, and bond strength of modified mortars are significantly improved, while workability and plastic properties are enhanced without increasing the water/cement ratio. Additionally, ARDEX E 100 effectively reduces the formation of early-age cracks. It is also suitable for use in bonding slurries and grout mixtures with ARDEX A38 Rapid Hardening and Drying Cement for fl
ARDEX ARDURAPID A 45 is a fast-drying, slump-free mortar ideal for a range of internal repairs. This mortar sets in 15 minutes and can be walked on within 90 minutes at 20°C, regardless of application thickness. It is suitable for re-profiling and repairing concrete surfaces, filling cracks, making good around pipework and frames, and forming ramps and coves. When used as a wearing surface, ARDEX ARDURAPID A 45 requires a suitable protective coating.
Key Points:
Rapid Setting and Hardening: Sets in 15 minutes, allowing foot traffic after 90 minutes at 20°C.
