This concentrated mortar plasticiser, 20 times stronger than standard alternatives, is designed to improve the workability of brick laying and plastering mortars while enhancing their resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. It eliminates the need for lime, reducing the risk of cracking and crazing in the mix. CE Approved, it is easy to use by simply adding the required amount to the gauging water.

Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in unopened bottles.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container, between +5°C and +30°C. Protect from frost, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.

For use in brick mortars, cement renders, plaster, and pointing mixes as a replacement for lime.
Application
Shake well before use. This product is supplied in a precisely measured dosage bottle—simply squeeze to dispense the correct amount into the delivery nozzle. Use at a rate of 4ml per 25kg bag of cement. For hand mixing, add the MORTAR PLASTICISER to the gauging water, reducing the total water volume to achieve the desired consistency. For mechanical mixing, add directly to the cement mixer. Use the appropriate sand/cement ratio for dense, high-quality mortar. Ensure the mortar is firmly compacted and avoid overmixing.
Limitations
Do not use below +2°C or when temperatures are expected to drop below 0°C within 24 hours.
