This solvent-free construction adhesive offers a strong, permanent bond with instant grab, making it ideal for a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces. It is low in odour, easy to clean up with water, and cures to form a high-strength bond with extremely low VOC content. Safe for both the user and the environment, this adhesive contains no harmful raw materials, making it an eco-friendly choice for many applications, including fixing panelling, plasterboard, window sills, Styrofoam, carpet tack strips, and more. It is recommended for interior use only and is perfect for a variety of surfaces, including plastics, aluminium, steel, concrete, and wood.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C. Keep away from frost and direct sunlight.
Disposal of Containers: Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to children, animals, or the environment. Dispose of containers at a central disposal point in accordance with local regulations.
Coverage: Depending on substrate condition and porosity, one cartridge covers approximately 10 linear metres with a 6mm bead.

SAVES NAILS SF is a low-odour, water-clean-up construction adhesive that cures to form a strong, durable bond. Free from harmful raw materials, it is safer for both the environment and the user, while also being gentle on substrates. This versatile adhesive bonds to a wide range of materials, including wood, concrete, brick, plasterboard, metal, carpet, and plastics. It is ideal for applications such as adhering panelling, plasterboard, window sills, Styrofoam, carpet tack strips, aluminium furring strips, tub surrounds, fireplaces, loose floor or wall tiles, plywood, steel, cork, and for general repairs to wood, hardboard, and plywood.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from grease or contaminants that could hinder adhesion. At least one of the surfaces being bonded must be porous for optimal bonding.
Application
Use a standard sealant gun with the nozzle cut at a 45° angle to apply the adhesive to the required bead width. Place the cartridge in the gun and apply as needed. Once applied, press the surfaces firmly together to ensure proper bonding. For heavy panels, temporary mechanical support may be needed for up to 24 hours. Painting can be done 24 hours after application, once the adhesive has fully cured. Drying times may vary if the ambient temperature is outside the recommended working range.
Cleaning
Excess adhesive can be removed with clean water or Bond It MULTI-WIPES. Clean tools with water after use.
Limitations
This adhesive is not suitable for use on materials that bleed oils, plasticisers, or solvents. It should not be used when both surfaces are non-porous. For mirror installations, use Bond It GLASS-MATE or MIRROR PRO instead.
