EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t is a high-performance, all-weather adhesive with instant grab and superior bond strength, making it suitable for almost all building materials, even in wet conditions. Its SM Polymer formulation allows it to bond impervious surfaces while being weatherproof, water-resistant, and resistant to extreme temperatures (-40°C to +100°C) and movement. The solvent-free formulation ensures low odour, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications.

EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t adhesive is a versatile, high-performance, all-weather instant grab adhesive, perfect for a wide range of applications. It can be used on almost all building materials, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects. Whether you’re working with wood, metal, glass, stone, plastics, polystyrene, concrete, tiles, mirrors, plasterboard, or many other materials, this adhesive provides a strong and reliable bond, even in wet conditions. Its ability to grab instantly ensures a quick and efficient application, making it the go-to solution for various bonding tasks.
Preparation
Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, and free from contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, or any loose material. Damp surfaces should be checked for weak or loose material that could be hidden by moisture. EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t Adhesive White should not be applied to surfaces contaminated by bitumen and is not suitable for continuously damp environments. To begin, cut off the dome at the top of the cartridge, taking care not to damage the thread. Next, cut the nozzle to your desired width and angle, then screw it onto the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a cartridge gun and squeeze the trigger until the adhesive starts to appear.
Application
Apply parallel beads of adhesive to one of the surfaces, align the surfaces, and bring them together before the adhesive has skinned over. Beads around 5mm in diameter are typically sufficient, but for close-fitting surfaces, reduce the bead to about 3mm. The distance between beads will depend on the rigidity and weight of the materials being bonded. Avoid applying a perimeter bead, as it can increase curing times. For rigid sheets, space beads 100-150mm apart for high-load applications, or increase the distance (200-500mm) for lightweight materials like wallboards or foam polystyrene. For less rigid boards, smaller bead separations may be required to ensure adequate surface contact. Support or clamp the materials until sufficient bonding time has passed.
Foil Application
Remove the barrel head from the foil applicator gun and insert the nozzle. Cut one end of the foil pack using scissors, then insert it into the applicator gun, ensuring the cut end faces out. Reattach the barrel head and nozzle, then cut the nozzle to the desired width and angle.
Cleaning
Uncured adhesive can be removed using cloths dampened with white spirit after scraping off the excess product. Cured adhesive will need to be mechanically removed.
Precautions
EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t Adhesive White will not bond to polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon. It should not be used to bond mirrors with a plastic safety film backing or to painted surfaces, as the paint will not support the weight. Avoid using on surfaces contaminated with bitumen, and it is not suitable for continuously damp conditions. For overhead applications, always use mechanical fixings in addition to the adhesive. Yellowing may occur in dark environments. This adhesive is paintable with most water-based and two-component paints; however, synthetic paints may take longer to dry, so testing for compatibility is recommended before use.
