EVERBUILD Flue Jointing Compound is a ready-mixed, asbestos-free material with a stiff consistency, designed to remain non-setting to accommodate small movements without cracking. Suitable for internal and external use, it is temperature-resistant up to 200°C and completely non-flammable, ensuring safety in high-heat applications without the risk of fire.

Everbuild Flue Jointing Compound is suitable for jointing metal flues, sealing low-pressure air ducts, and securing pipes when chased through brickwork.
Substrate Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from loose dirt, rust, soot, dust, and other contaminants for optimal adhesion.
Application Method/Tools:
Apply EVERBUILD® Flue Jointing Compound directly from the tub using a hand or putty knife, ensuring the joint is completely filled. For flue pipe connections, wrap glass fiber rope around the spigot end before insertion to create a tighter seal.
Limitations:
- Do not use on damp surfaces or in conditions where rain is imminent.
- Do not alter the compound’s consistency.
- Suitable for use only at temperatures up to 200°C.
