illbruck FM610 is an expanding polyurethane foam that is suitable for general gap filling, bonding and insulation applications including, the perimeter sealing & fixing of windows & doors.
illbruck FM610 applications include: the perimeter sealing and fixing of windows and doors, sealing of service penetrations and sealing around insulation panels.
– Ideal for sealing and insulation of joints and gaps in a variety of building and construction applications
– The patented conical straw system increases yield by up to 15% compared to standard PU foam
– Forms a strong bond to many substrates like concrete, brickwork, stone, plaster, wood, fibre concrete, metal, PVC and polystyrene
– Rapid curing formulation: Foam is tack-free within 10 minutes, and can be cut or trimmed within 60 minutes

Ideal for sealing and insulation of joints and gaps in a variety of building and construction applications
PREPERATION
– Always carry out a small test to check compatibility before use.
– The surfaces must be dry, reliable, stable and capable of carrying the load of the panels to be installed.
– Remove all loose particles, dust & grease
APPLICATION
– Shake the can vigorously around 20 times before removing the cap. – Screw the nozzle into the connector on the top of the can
– Joints should be underfilled to allow for expansion of the foam. Fill to approximately 50% of the joint depth for best results
– Applying a light spray of clean water between each layer before application will assist adhesion & cure speed.
CLEANING
Remove excess foam immediately with illbruck AA290 PU Cleaner or acetone. Ensure any surface requiring cleaning is solvent resistant before proceeding. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
