Sika AnchorFix-1 is a solvent and styrene-free, two-component polyester anchoring adhesive, offering fast curing and high load capacity. It is compatible with standard guns, can be applied at low temperatures, and remains non-sag even in overhead applications. Additionally, it has low odor, minimal wastage, and is ETA-approved for reliability.

Shelf life: 12 months from the production date, with the expiry date printed on all Sika AnchorFix®-1 cartridge labels.
Storage Conditions: Store in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging in a dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, away from direct sunlight.

Sika AnchorFix®-1 is a fast-curing anchoring adhesive suitable for various applications, including rebars, reinforcing steel, threaded rods, bolts, and special fastening systems. It is compatible with concrete, hollow and solid masonry, hard natural stone*, and solid rock*. Due to variations in strength, composition, and porosity, these substrates should be tested before full application to assess bond strength, surface staining, and discoloration.
Substrate Quality & Preparation:
Mortar and concrete must have the required strength but do not need to be 28 days old. The strength of concrete, masonry, or natural stone must be verified, and pull-out tests should be conducted if unknown. Anchor holes must be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and loose particles. Threaded rods and rebars should be thoroughly cleaned of any contaminants.
Cleaning of Tools:
Clean tools and application equipment immediately after use with Sika® Colma Cleaner. Once hardened or cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
