The Acrypol Flexiglass Primer is designed to work with the Acrypol Flexiglass Resin to create a flexible Class 1 EXT. F.A.A. fire-retardant system for external flat roofs. It is suitable for application on multiple clean, secure, and dry substrates.

Application
Acrypol Flexiglass Primer is best applied within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. Gently agitate the primer before use and allow it to stand briefly to restore its thixotropic properties. For sufficient curing, add 2% to 5% of Benzoyl Peroxide Dibutyl Maleate (50%) to the primer. Ensure no air is incorporated during mixing. Apply the primer evenly over the substrate, targeting a film thickness of 500g/m². The Acrypol Flexiglass Resin should be applied within 5 days. Avoid any water contamination before applying the Acrypol Flexiglass Resin. For additional guidance, refer to the Acrypol Flexiglass Application Guide available at cromar.uk.com.
