This medium viscosity, medium strength screw and threadlocker prevents rust and corrosion, offering a non-drip consistency for clean and efficient application. It is ideal for direct application to lightly oiled components, replacing the need for spring washers and lock nuts. The adhesive cures when air is excluded from the bonding system, providing high torque resistance and allowing for disassembly with the correct tools.

Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at +20°C in original, unopened bottles.
Storage Conditions: Store in a closed, upright container in dry, dark conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +20°C. Lower temperatures will help prolong shelf life. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.

Bond It A43 THREADLOCK serves as a locking compound for direct application to lightly oiled components, minimizing the need for pre-treatment. It is also effective as a standard anaerobic threadlocker for fine to medium pitch threads.
Preparation
Remove heavy oil and grease contamination. For best results, ensure parts are clean. Shake thoroughly before use.
Application
Apply enough adhesive to coat the threads, then assemble and tighten as needed. The adhesive will begin to cure once air is excluded from the bonding system. Refer to handling and strength times below.
Bonding Times
At room temperature (+20°C) with a 0.15mm fastener gap, handling time is <15 minutes, and full strength is achieved in 24 hours. Cure rate depends on the substrate, bond gap, and temperature; smaller gaps and higher temperatures generally result in faster curing.
Cleaning
Wipe away excess adhesive with a dry cloth. Once dried, remove with a wire brush.
Limitations
A43 THREADLOCK is designed for metal bonding. Its effectiveness with engineering rubbers and plastics should be verified by the user. Not suitable for use with accelerators. Bond strength may be significantly lower on stainless steel and may require an activator for certain grades. The user must ensure suitability for their specific application. Not recommended for use in oxygen-rich systems or with chlorine and other strong oxidizing materials.
