Bond It Exterior Pregrit is a one-part, ready-to-use external render bonding agent that contains added aggregate for extra grip, making it ideal for bonding render to concrete, brickwork, and light blockwork. It improves adhesion on smooth surfaces, reduces suction on porous ones, and is waterproof. The light green color makes treated areas easy to identify, and it requires only a single application before rendering once cured. This bonding agent is suitable for external use and can be applied by brush or roller, with a phthalate-free formulation for added safety.

EXTERIOR PREGRIT is an effective bonding agent for attaching render to concrete, brickwork, and blockwork, and it also improves adhesion to smooth surfaces.

 

 

Preparation:
Before use, thoroughly stir the product. Ensure the application temperature is above +5°C and the surface is clean, free from dust, release agents, and any contaminants that may affect adhesion. Any contamination or flaking material must be removed, and the surface should be sound and able to support the weight of the render.

Application:
Do not dilute the product. We recommend performing a patch test on a small inconspicuous area to check compatibility before full application. Apply one even coat using a brush or roller and allow it to dry for at least 6 hours. The product is light green to easily identify treated areas. Protect adjacent surfaces from splashes and remove any excess before drying with warm soapy water. Note that cold or humid conditions may increase drying times. Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.

Cleaning of Tools:
Clean tools with warm soapy water after use.

Limitations:
Do not use on areas exposed to constant dampness. Do not dilute the product. Do not exceed a 25mm thickness for the complete render system. Ensure any excess product is removed from surrounding surfaces before drying.
