An environmentally friendly, multi-purpose gap-filling adhesive, this water-based and totally solvent-free formula offers quick grab properties and cures to form a tough, durable, and permanent bond. It can be used as a replacement for or in conjunction with mechanical fixings, making it highly versatile for various construction and DIY applications. Suitable for bonding materials such as brick, building panels, carpets, chipboard, concrete, coving, floor panels, foam insulation, marble, metals, tiles, timber, and polystyrene, it is ideal for fixing batons, cladding, countertops, drywall partitioning, mouldings, dado rails, mirror tiles, trims, and wall boards. Additionally, it excels in securing stair nosings, gripper rods, and general construction projects. The adhesive is easy to apply using a standard cartridge gun (BDCG400).

GRIPBOND WHITE is a low-odour, water-clean-up construction adhesive that cures to form a high-strength bond. It contains no harmful raw materials, making it safer for the environment, users, and substrates. This versatile adhesive bonds to wood, concrete, brick, plasterboard, carpet, metal, and plastics, making it ideal for a wide range of applications such as adhering panelling, plasterboard, cove base, window sills, Styrofoam, carpet tack strips, aluminium furring strips, tub surrounds, fireplaces, loose floor/wall tiles, plywood, cork, and for general repairs to wood and fixing hardboard and plywood.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or any contaminants that could affect adhesion.
Application
At least one of the surfaces to be bonded must be porous. Apply using a standard sealant gun with the nozzle cut at a 45° angle to the required bead width. Place the cartridge in the gun and apply as needed. After application, firmly press the surfaces together to aid bonding. If bonding heavy panels, temporary mechanical support may be required for 24 hours.
Cleaning
Excessive material can be removed using clean water or Bond It MULTI-WIPES. Clean tools immediately after use with water.
