Bond It LevelMaster Latex Liquid is a polymeric, casein-free liquid latex designed for use with LevelMaster Standard self-levelling compound. When added to levelling compounds, it enhances adhesion, improves wear properties, and increases flexibility, especially on substrates subject to movement like timber or metal decks. It can also allow levelling compounds to be used as a final finish in lightly trafficked areas. Suitable for use on concrete, well-braced timber, mastic asphalt, and quarry tiles, this liquid latex should be mixed with LevelMaster Standard to create a smooth paste. For every 20kg of LevelMaster Flooring Compound, use one full bottle of this latex liquid.

LEVELMASTER LATEX LIQUID is designed to enhance “water-mix” levelling compounds, particularly when applied to substrates that experience slight movement, such as timber or metal decks. It also enables levelling compounds to be used as a final finish in areas with light foot traffic.
Mixing
Pour the liquid into a mixing bucket. Slowly add the powder component to the liquid latex, stirring continuously until a smooth paste forms. Only mix as much as can be used within 20 minutes. A mechanical stirrer is recommended for best results. For every 20kg of Bond It LEVELMASTER FLOORING COMPOUND, use one container of Bond It LEVELMASTER LATEX LIQUID.
Application
Prime porous surfaces before applying the levelling compound, using Bond It SBR or PRIMER & FLEXIBLE ADMIX. Ensure the ambient temperature is between +5°C and +30°C. Avoid using in direct sunlight, such as in conservatories. At +25°C, the floor should be ready for light traffic in 4 hours, and floor coverings can be applied after 24 hours. Once the mix begins to set, do not attempt to reconstitute it by adding more latex.
