A powerful cleaning agent designed to remove and prevent organic growth, algae, and mould from various surfaces, including brick, concrete, wood, tarmac, painted surfaces, decking, garden furniture, paviours, plastic, glass, and even fabric awnings. Suitable for both internal and external use, it is ideal for homes, gardens, caravans, boats, public walkways, farmyards, kennels, and stables. Easy to apply with a spray, soft broom, paintbrush, or watering can—simply apply and leave to dry for full effectiveness. It kills mould and algae within 2-3 days and prevents regrowth for months without the need for scrubbing or pressure washing. HSE Approved: Certificate No 9828.

Effectively removes active mildew, lichens, algae, and organic green growth from various surfaces, including brick, stone, roof tiles, corrugated iron, lead, felt, concrete, wood, tarmac, painted surfaces, decking, garden furniture, paviours, plastic, and glass. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is ideal for homes, gardens, caravans, boats, public walkways, farmyards, kennels, and stables. It can also be applied to fabric awnings, though a colour fastness test is recommended first.
Application
For best results, use when rain is not expected and in well-ventilated areas. Ensure the surface is clean, free from loose material, dirt, and grease. Apply the product neat, without dilution, using a spray, soft broom, paintbrush, or watering can. Apply evenly, ensuring the liquid thoroughly coats cracks and crevices. Leave to dry for a few days to allow the product to reach full strength. Mould and algae will be killed within 2-3 days, with re-growth prevented for several months. Stubborn growth may require additional applications. Any residue will weather away over time. Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before full use to ensure suitability, as surface reactions may vary. It is the user’s responsibility to check compatibility.
Limitations
This product can scorch foliage on contact, although small amounts of runoff should not harm plant roots. Be cautious around fish ponds; while a few drops will not harm fish or pond life, try to prevent contact. Plastic tools are recommended for application, and any metal parts should be rinsed thoroughly to prevent corrosion, as this product may damage marble and some metals. Avoid throwing rinsing water on plants or grass. If treating a surface with another product, ensure it is swept clean, washed, and dried before applying this product.
