This high-quality, water-based sealant offers excellent adhesion to plastic, ceramic tiles, and porcelain, forming a watertight seal while remaining permanently flexible. It contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth and can be over-painted, stained, or varnished for color matching. Supplied in an easy-to-use squeezy tube (no gun required), it is CE approved and suitable for sealing around baths, sinks, worktops, and can also be used as a grout repair.

Bond It SQUEEZE IT BATH & KITCHEN SEALANT is ideal for sealing around ceramic baths, sinks, and worktops, creating a watertight bond with the surfaces. It contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to help prevent mould growth. The sealant is easy to apply, and any errors can be quickly corrected with water.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, or any contaminants that may affect adhesion. If necessary, use a solvent like acetone to degrease in addition to mechanical cleaning methods.
Priming
Bond It SQUEEZE IT BATH & KITCHEN SEALANT typically does not require a primer on most common surfaces. However, priming may be needed for concrete or other surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion. To check if a primer is required, test a sample. For further recommendations, contact Bond It Technical Service.
Application
Remove the cap and carefully cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, making the opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. For deep gaps between the bath and wall, use foam strips as a backing. Squeeze the tube to apply the sealant, and smooth within 20 minutes using a slightly wetted spatula or SEALANT APPLICATOR TOOL. When sealing around a bath, fill it halfway with water to set it at mid-position, then seal around the edges. Leave for 12 hours before emptying the bath. Remove excess product with a damp cloth and avoid saturating the surface with water, as this can delay curing. Ensure proper ventilation, especially in cold, damp conditions. Clean tools with water.
Note: Protect from water for 24 hours or until a tough skin has formed. Do not expose to pressurized water.
Limitations
This product is not a silicone sealant and should not be used in the following conditions: applied externally during rainy weather, at temperatures below +5°C, in joints constantly immersed in water, in contact with bituminous products, in areas of high abrasion (e.g., floor joints), or with plastic baths (use a more flexible sealant instead).
