Bond It Waterseal is a premium waterseal thats designed to protect exterior masonry, such as brick, stone, and concrete, by repelling water while allowing the walls to breathe. It helps reduce the risk of damage from water and frost, as well as repels waterborne dirt and resists fungal growth. The breathable formulation prevents energy loss by reducing the need to dry out wet walls, ultimately contributing to lower heating costs. The product does not alter the buildingโs appearance and offers long-lasting protection with two recommended coats, though additional coats can be applied if needed.

Coverage: Approximately 3-5mยฒ per litre, depending on the substrateโs porosity.
Shelf Life & Storage Conditions: This product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in unopened tins. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, in the original sealed container, between +5ยฐC and +30ยฐC. Protect from frost, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. Keep the product in a locked location.

Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces are free from dirt, moss, and lichens. For stubborn green growth or lichens, use Bond It MOULD STOP or PATIO BLASTER. Allow a minimum of 24 hours for fresh pointing to dry before application. Ensure the surfaces are clean and dry.
Application:
Apply with a low-pressure (non-atomising) spray or brush at a rate of 3mยฒ per litre for porous stone and 5mยฒ per litre for hard brick. Allow 6 hours to dry before applying a second coat. Always apply with a smooth motion, starting at the top and working down. Take care not to splash or mist cars, windows, painted surfaces, plants, or ponds. For best results, apply two coats, though more can be applied if needed.
Cleaning of Tools:
Clean tools with Bond It WHITE SPIRIT.
Limitations:
Bond It WATERSEAL is suitable only for unpainted brick, stone, or render and cannot be overpainted. If the product becomes thick and gel-like, do not use, as water contamination has occurred.
