EVERBUILD 204 Evermix 3 in 1 is a versatile triple-action admixture that waterproofs, plasticises, and retards, improving workability, reducing water penetration, and enabling larger areas to be covered in a single application. Designed primarily for renders, dry dash, and pebble-dashing, it is also effective in any cement mix requiring waterproofing, enhanced workability, and retarded setting. Its air-entraining and retarding properties help reduce cracking, improve durability, and ensure a high-quality finish.

Everbuild 204 Everflex 3 in 1 is suitable as an admixture for exterior and interior cementitious render finishes, including roughcast, harling, and dashing. It can also be used internally following the installation of a DPC system.
APPLICATION
Substrate Quality / Pre-Treatment
Ensure the surface is clean, free from dust, loose material, and has adequate mechanical strength before applying EVERBUILDยฎ 204 Evermix 3 in 1. Walls should be wire-brushed, and any old paint or contaminants such as oil or grease must be removed to ensure a strong bond for the render.
Application Method / Tools
Add EVERBUILDยฎ 204 Evermix 3 in 1 to the mix at a rate of 250 to 500 ml per 50 kg of cement, depending on the level of plasticizing/retardation required. Remember to reduce the required quantity of water accordingly (up to 15%). Alternatively, add the admixture to the mixing drum at a rate of 1 part 3 in 1 to 20-40 parts water.
LIMITATIONS
- Do not over-mix the product when mixing.
- This product does not replace a DPC.
