EVERBUILD 206 Strike Release Oil is a high-quality chemical release agent designed to allow easy removal of concrete shuttering while leaving a clean and well-formed concrete edge. It is a solvent- and mineral oil-free emulsion based on biodegradable synthetic oil, suitable for use on moulds made from wood, metal, polypropylene, ABS, polyurethane, and other plastics. The product provides a high-quality, stain-free concrete finish with minimal blowholes. It can be applied by spray, brush, or roller and protects formwork from corrosion and premature aging.

Shelf Life and Storage Conditions: The product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, undamaged, and unopened container. Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, away from direct sunlight and frost. If the product freezes or experiences precipitation, it can still be used after slowly thawing at room temperature and thoroughly remixing.

206 Strike Release Oil serves as a release agent for various types of formwork, including smooth non-absorbent, absorbent, heated formwork (up to 70°C), and textured formwork.
APPLICATION
Ensure that all formwork is clean and dry, with any rust or concrete residues removed. Stir the product thoroughly before use. Apply it undiluted using a spray, brush, or roller, ensuring a thin and even coverage. Avoid over-application to prevent dusting of the concrete surface. Any excess material at the bottom of the moulds should be wiped away before placing the concrete. For new, unsealed timbers or highly absorbent formwork, a pre-treatment with a second coat is recommended. Allow a 20-minute evaporation period at +20°C before casting.
LIMITATIONS
Apply only a thin film; overdosing may cause dusting.
