EVERBUILD 402 WaterSeal is a high-performance, transparent water repellent designed to prevent water penetration on mineral substrates like brick, stone, pebbledash, and rendering. Formulated with advanced silicone resins, it is solvent-free, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly. The product penetrates deeply, providing long-lasting water repellence, improved durability, and a superior water-beading effect. It remains effective against UV light and can be applied to damp surfaces or using a garden spray, all while allowing the surface to breathe and moisture vapor to escape.

Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Towards the end of this period, the product may separate into white and clear layers; simply shake well before use to reconstitute. This is purely aesthetic and does not impact performance.
Storage Conditions: Store in dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C, protecting the product from frost.

Everbuild 402 WaterSeal is effective as a water repellent on various surfaces, including brick, stone, render, and pebble dashing.
Substrate Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, and free from dirt, mould, algae, grease, and other contaminants. Surfaces should be damp but not wet. Complete any necessary surface repairs and fill cracks before application.
Application
Shake the product well before use. Do not dilute. Apply using a brush, spray, or roller, working from the bottom up on vertical surfaces. Saturate the entire area, ensuring thorough coverage. For horizontal surfaces, saturate and brush in any puddles after 15–20 minutes. Apply two coats, ensuring the second coat is applied while the first is still damp (within 1 hour).
Limitations
- Do not apply below +10°C or during rain, or if rain is expected.
- Avoid using on painted surfaces, wood, plastic, or rubber.
- Always apply the second coat within 1 hour to ensure proper penetration.
- Do not use in fishponds.
- Avoid cleaning the substrate with detergents before application, as this will significantly reduce the beading effect.
