EVERBUILD 403 Concrete Hardener & Dustproofer is a high-quality silicate resin formula designed to harden and dustproof both new and old concrete floors, suitable for both internal and external use. It chemically reacts with the lime content in concrete to create a durable, hardwearing surface, preventing further dusting. The product dries clear, is fast-acting, helps to reduce bloom and efflorescence, and is easy to clean up with water.

403 Concrete Hardener & Dustproofer acts as a dustproofer for both new and old concrete or cement-based floors, screeds, and paving in various settings, including factories, garages, and domestic dwellings.
Substrate Quality / Pre-Treatment:
Stir the product well before use. Clean the area to be treated by removing all surface debris and growth. Any damaged areas should be dug out and repaired using Everbuild EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure or Jetcem Rapid Setting Cement, then allowed to cure.
Application:
Apply the product by brush or spray at a rate of 1 liter per 5 square meters, working it well into the surface. After 24 hours, apply a second coat and allow it to dry for 24 hours. Once dry, hose down the area with cold, clean water to remove any unreacted surplus material. Additional coats may be applied to extremely dusty or porous floors.
Limitations:
- Only suitable for cement-containing surfaces. Always wash down to remove unreacted material after use.
- Will not restore badly disintegrated concrete; repair using Everbuild EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure beforehand.
- Do not treat concrete within 28 days of laying.
- Do not paint over treated surfaces.
