EVERBUILD Pro-Fill is a two-part, high-performance multi-purpose filler that consists of a grey polyester paste and a Benzoyl Peroxide hardener. Once cured, it forms a strong, durable mass with excellent abrasion resistance, making it ideal for use on timber, metal shuttering, concrete, and GRP. It is easy to mix and fast-curing, offering high strength, impact resistance, and resistance to water and oil once fully cured.

EVERBUILD Pro-Fill is ideal for repairing cracks and gaps in wood, metal, concrete, and GRP. It is also perfect for filling holes in damaged wooden or metal shuttering and can be used for various joinery, decorating, and building applications.
APPLICATION
Substrate Quality / Pre-Treatment
For optimal performance, ensure all substrates are sound, clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as oil, grease, sawdust, and loose particles. On metallic surfaces, remove all coatings, corrosion, and grime by mechanically abrading, shot blasting, or wire brushing back to white metal. Cracks and splits should be opened and shaped to ensure complete penetration. Contaminated areas should be degreased using a preferred solvent system, either by immersion or wiping with a lint-free cloth dampened with solvent.
Mixing
Mix 100 parts of EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill Paste with 2 parts of hardener by weight.
Application
Only mix enough EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill for immediate use. Place a golf ball-sized amount of paste on a non-porous surface and add a pea-sized amount of hardener next to it. Thoroughly blend the paste and hardener, scraping the mixture off the mixing board and spatula at least once to ensure it is fully mixed. Apply with a plastic spatula, shaping the material to the desired form and leaving it slightly proud of the surface for sanding.
LIMITATIONS
- Not suitable for use on bitumen or asphalt surfaces, or surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers.
- Do not apply below 5°C or on damp/wet surfaces.
- Avoid using in areas subject to excessive movement.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure suitability for use; contact technical services if in doubt.
