A smoothing product designed for finishing sealants during application, with a fully CO2 offset throughout its entire life cycle.

ULTRACARE SMOOTH SILICONE is an innovative formulation suitable for all types of sealants, including acetic, neutral, and polyurethane. It simplifies the finishing process of sealants post-application, creating smooth, compact surfaces without hollows, which helps prevent dirt accumulation and mold formation. When used with specific sealants like Mapesil AC or Mapesil LM, it enhances mold resistance by ensuring a non-porous surface.

This product leaves no residues and can be applied on a variety of surfaces commonly used in the building industry, such as ceramic tiles, stone, and glass mosaic.

UltraCare Smooth Silicone is part of the CO Fully Offset in the Entire Life Cycle product line.
In 2023, CO emissions for the Zero line products were measured using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology.

APPLICATION

The product is ready to use and requires no dilution with water. After applying the sealant, spray UltraCare Smooth Silicone on the joint before the surface skin forms. Then, use an appropriate tool to finish the job.

LIMITATIONS

Given the wide variety of materials available on the market, we recommend conducting a preliminary test on a hidden area. This will help assess the compatibility of the product with the surfaces and sealants before applying it to the entire area.

This was my first visit to sealant supplies, here’s my review; The website is so easy to navigate, which, for me is good as I do sometimes struggle with them. I found there was a really good range of products and the prices are really good. I had done a bit of searching around on the net as I need a lot of product so want to get the best price I could get. After a couple of minutes I’d found what I wanted and added to my basket, went through the payment process and that was it, done.Delivery was actually a lot faster than I expected and the product was very well wrapped. I bought some expanding foam and, if you’re reading this you probably know the differences in quality of this kind of product. I did think that at the price it wouldn’t be the best, but my mind was put at rest when I used it. The foam is a really good quality product and absolutely perfect for the job I’m doing, which is restoring an old motorhome.To summarise, great website, well laid out, easy to navigate, secure payment options, super quick delivery and really well packed. Don’t think I could ask for more and I’ll certainly be using Sealant supplies again, what a great find.

Tried to obtain Wide Gap Joint Fill unsuccessfully all over the country without success but Sealant Supplies came up trumps! Not only did they have it in stock but the price was lower than prices I had seen elsewhere (and the othes couldn't deliver anyway as they were 'out of stock'). James and the team were great. Our block paved back patio, side path & driveway were a mess. Over 15 years old, full of moss & weed and badly discoloured by black & white lichen. I was on a budget so forced to completely jet wash, bleach, re-colour, re-sand & seal from scratch (or replace with tarmac costing £'000). Decided to use Bond It "Drive Alive" products including the new black & brindle colour enhancer and patio seal. Found "Sealant Supplies" online so ordered over the internet, paid by PayPal. Orders confirmed by reply email. Goods delivered within 3 working days. Great service from the guys. Project cost a little over £500 of which +£350 with Sealant Supplies. Spent a lot of time looking for the right colour of sealant with no real results until I stumbled across Sealant Supplies. I was able to match the colour I required with their color swatches and ordering was some painless via their website.
