Ultraplan Eco 3210 is a grey powder formulated from special cements with rapid setting and hydration properties, combined with graded silica sand, resins, and additives developed in MAPEI’s Research and Development Laboratories. When mixed with water, it transforms into a highly fluid and workable mortar that self-levels, adheres strongly to substrates, and dries quickly. Ultraplan Eco 3210 can be applied using an automatic pressure pump over distances exceeding 100 meters and can be spread in thicknesses of up to 10 mm per coat without shrinkage, cracking, or crazing. It achieves high compressive and flexural strength while offering excellent resistance to indentation and abrasion. After approximately 12 hours, Ultraplan Eco 3210 is ready to receive flooring, although it is advisable to wait 24 hours before installing wooden flooring.

Ultraplan Eco 3210 is designed for interior use, specifically for levelling and correcting thickness variations of 3 to 10 mm in new or existing substrates. It prepares surfaces for any type of flooring where strong resistance to loads and traffic is essential, making it especially suitable for areas subjected to wheeled traffic. This product is also compatible with underfloor heating systems, serving as an effective self-levelling solution over electric heating elements.
Application Examples:
Levelling concrete slabs, sand-cement screeds, and screeds made with Mapecem, Mapecem Pronto, Topcem, or Topcem Pronto, as well as anhydrite screeds that include underfloor heating.
Levelling existing floors made of cement, terrazzo, ceramic, and natural stone.
Preparation of the Substrate
The substrate must be completely dry, solid, and free from dust, loose material, paint, wax, oil, rust, and traces of gypsum. Any cement-based surfaces that lack sufficient strength should be removed or, if possible, consolidated using Prosfas or Mapeproof ESM. Fissures in concrete substrates must be repaired with Eporip. Cementitious subfloors should receive a coat of Eco Prim T Plus diluted with water in a 1:2 ratio. For anhydrite screeds, first abrade the surface to eliminate laitance, then prime with Eco Prim T Plus (diluted 1:2) before applying Ultraplan Eco 3210. Ceramic and natural stone substrates should be cleaned with detergent, abraded, and then primed with Eco Prim Grip Plus.
Preparing the Mix
To prepare the mix, pour a 20 kg bag of Ultraplan Eco 3210 into a bucket containing 4.8 to 5 litres of clean water. Use a low-speed electric mixer to achieve a homogeneous, lump-free consistency. Larger quantities can be mixed in on-site mixers. After 2-3 minutes of slackening, re-stir the mix; it will then be ready for use. Note that the mixed Ultraplan Eco 3210 must be applied within 20-30 minutes at +23°C.
Spreading the Mix
Apply Ultraplan Eco 3210 in a single coat of 3 to 10 mm thickness using a large metal trowel or rake, keeping the trowel slightly inclined to achieve the desired thickness. The product can also be applied using an automatic pressure pump. Thanks to its excellent self-levelling properties, Ultraplan Eco 3210 effectively smooths out minor imperfections, such as trowel marks. It is suitable for resilient, carpet, and ceramic floor coverings that can be installed after 12 hours at +23°C, although this time may vary based on room temperature and humidity. For wood flooring or natural stone, wait at least 24 hours before installation.
