ROCKWOOL FirePro High Expansion Intumescent Sealant is a water-based acrylic sealant containing graphite, designed to seal various penetrations in buildings. When exposed to fire and heat, the sealant expands to close any voids around building services, effectively preventing the spread of fire and smoke between compartments. It is FBC™ system compatible, ensuring chemical compatibility with cPVC pipework, including FlowGuard Gold, BlazeMaster, and Corzan piping systems. The sealant is versatile, suitable for use on a range of materials, and has been approved for use in LUL surface and sub-surface premises due to its low smoke and toxicity levels.
