Soudabond Blocks is a fast-curing, ready-to-use, semi-collapsible polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding block and stone. This adhesive collapses upon application, filling small surface irregularities and ensuring a strong, durable bond between most common construction materials.

Soudabond Blocks is suitable for bonding non-load bearing walls such as partition walls, screen walls, cellar bars, and stone shelves. It is effective with various types of rectified bricks, including aerated concrete, sand-lime brick, silicate, stone, concrete, and hollow bricks.
APPLICATION
Before using Soudabond Blocks, cover all adjacent areas to protect against soiling. In windy conditions, take precautions to prevent contamination of nearby components, objects, or people. Ensure good ventilation for indoor use. Clean the adhesive surfaces, remove loose particles, and moisten them. Wear protective goggles and gloves.
Tightly screw the can to the thread in the gun and shake it downwards about 20 times to mix the contents well for optimum adhesive quality and high yield. After extended periods of non-use, shake the gun again to maintain the required adhesive quality. Adjust the adhesive bead diameter with the adjusting screw on the gun (open the screw more as the can empties).
Hold the gun vertical during application, maintaining a distance of 1 to 2 cm between the gun nozzle and the substrate. Apply two adhesive beads, about 30mm in diameter, to the substrate and then to all subsequent construction blocks. The beads should be applied about 50 mm away from the stone edge, parallel on horizontal joints.
Position, join, and align the bricks within 2 to 8 minutes (shorter at higher temperatures/humidity and longer at lower temperatures/humidity). If the bricks are removed after joining, apply new adhesive beads. Allow excess adhesive to cure, then remove it with a spatula. Depending on the ambient temperature, work can continue after a minimum of 60 minutes, and the adhesive achieves full strength after a minimum of 12 hours.
