Soudal Repair Express Cement is a fast-drying repair cement with a base of high-speed acrylic polymer, designed for textured finishes. Ideal for swift and convenient repair or filling of cracks and joints in concrete. Application can be done using a trowel or gun. Sands smoothly and can be painted over once fully dried. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Soudal Repair Express Cement is ideal for:
- Ideal for Fixing Holes and Cracks in Concrete and Cement: Suitable for the repair of holes and cracks found in both concrete and cement.
- Effective for Joint Repairs in Brickwork: Efficient in repairing joints within brickwork.
- Great for Fixing Damage in Various Structures: Effective for repairing damage in structures like concrete stairs, for example.
APPLICATION
Substrates:
- Applicable Surfaces: All common porous surfaces in construction and renovation projects. Not suitable for bituminous materials, glass, metal, PE, PTFE, and PP.
- Surface Condition: The surfaces intended for sealing must be clean, dry, and free of dust.
- Surface Preparation: Highly porous surfaces should be treated with diluted Cement Repair Express (1 part Cement Repair Express + 2 parts water). It is recommended to conduct a preliminary adhesion test on each surface.
Joint Dimensions:
- Suitable for static joints up to 5 cm in width.
Application Method:
- Application Procedure: Remove any loose particles before applying Cement Repair Express. Use a caulking gun or putty knife to apply the sealant into the joint or crack. For the smoothest result, finish with a wet spatula or trowel. In the case of large cracks, static joints, or sizable screw holes, it’s advisable to apply 2 layers of the product. Apply the second layer approximately 30 minutes after the first layer, depending on the porosity of the substrate.
Cleaning:
- Pre-curing Cleaning: Prior to curing, Cement Repair Express can be easily cleaned from substrates and tools using water.
Finishing:
- Finish the application using a wet putty knife or trowel.
Repairs:
- Use the same material for any necessary repairs.
LIMITATIONS
- Avoid Use in Prolonged Water Immersion Scenarios: Do not apply in situations where continuous exposure to water is anticipated.
- Inappropriate for Expansion and Dilatation Joints: Not suitable for use in expansion and dilatation joints.
