This high-quality, water-resistant, water-based frame sealant offers excellent adhesion to most building materials and is ideal for sealing around door and window frames, soffit boards, and filling cracks and joints with low movement. It is flexible, easy to clean, and can be overpainted, stained, or varnished to match colors. Supplied in an easy-to-use squeezy tube (no gun required), it is CE approved and suitable for both interior and exterior use. It works well on wood, concrete, brick, natural stone, artificial stone, and most common building materials, but is not suitable for uPVC.

Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, or contaminants that may affect adhesion. If needed, use a solvent like acetone for degreasing in addition to mechanical cleaning methods.
Priming
Bond It SQUEEZE IT DOOR & WINDOW SEALANT typically does not require a primer on most common construction surfaces. However, for optimal adhesion, priming may be necessary on concrete or other surfaces. To determine if a primer is needed, test a sample or contact Bond It Technical Service for recommendations.
Application
Remove the cap and carefully cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to create an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. For deep gaps between the bath and wall, use foam strips as a backing for the sealant. Squeeze the tube to apply the sealant and smooth it within 20 minutes using a slightly damp spatula or SEALANT APPLICATOR TOOL wetted with soapy water. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. Avoid saturating the surface with water, as this will delay curing. Ensure proper ventilation, especially in cold or damp conditions, to allow for drying. Clean tools with water.
Note: Protect the sealant from water for 24 hours or until a tough skin has formed. Do not expose to pressurized water.
Maintenance
Resistant to common household cleaning chemicals. For best results in showers and bathrooms, clean weekly to prevent organic build-up. Stains can be removed using commercial bleach.
Limitations
This product is not a silicone sealant and should not be used in the following situations: applied externally during rainy weather, at temperatures below +5°C, in joints constantly immersed in water, in contact with bituminous products, in areas with high abrasion (e.g., floor joints), or with plastic baths (use a more flexible sealant instead).
