This white, cement-based, polymer-modified narrow joint filling compound is designed for tile joints up to 3mm wide on all types of ceramic wall tiles. It sets to a hard, durable, and water-resistant finish, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including kitchens, bathrooms, shower enclosures, and swimming pools. The grout is quick and easy to apply, creating a smooth, water- and weather-resistant joint. For fully immersed locations, adding an acrylic latex additive can enhance its water-repellent properties. Storage Conditions: Store in original, unopened sacks, off the ground, in a cool, dry place, away from excessive drafts and protected from frost. Chromium VI: To minimize the risk of allergic reactions from Chromium VI, store in unopened manufacturer’s bags in dry conditions, away from extreme temperatures. Use within 6 months from the date of manufacture. Using the product past its expiry date or incorrect storage may increase the risk of allergic reactions.
Coverage: Approximately 1kg of wall tile grout covers 3m² when used with 150 x 150mm tiles and a 2mm joint width.

WALL TILE GROUT is designed as a non-slump, easily compactable grouting slurry that can be effortlessly applied to all types of ceramic tiled surfaces. It dries to a hard, durable, and water-resistant finish, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. For fully immersed locations, adding an acrylic latex additive can enhance its water-repellent properties. Quick and easy to apply, it creates a smooth, weather- and water-resistant joint.
Preparation
Ensure tiles are securely fixed and the adhesive has fully dried before applying any load or pressure. Clear all joints of excess adhesive to allow for an even and consistent grout depth.
Mixing
Add the powder to water in a clean container and mix until smooth, creamy, and free of lumps, preferably using a mechanical mixer. Use approximately 350ml of water per 1kg of powder. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then briefly re-mix. Use within 1 hour and discard any grout that loses workability. For tiling on wood-based surfaces where slight movement is possible, mix with an acrylic latex additive diluted 1:1 with water to enhance adhesion and flexibility.
Application
Use a rubber squeegee to work the grout thoroughly into the tile joints, removing excess as you go. Any fine grout residue can be washed away with a lightly dampened cloth or sponge up to 2 hours after application. Once the joints have dried and hardened, polish the surface with a dry cloth the next day. Protect from moisture for 24 hours after application.
Open Time
The exposed adhesive bed remains open for approximately 20 minutes, depending on conditions.
Drying Time
The final set occurs within 12-24 hours.
Cleaning
Clean tools with soap and water before the product dries.
